Comments: My h3d-31 has a locking case, and when I received it, it didn't have a key. I called customer service, and within about 5 minutes of being on the phone, the representative, had my order pulled up, and sent me several copies of my key, shipping free! unicatalog rocks and I'm definately coming back!! -Sweeby

Comments: UNI surprised me in every way that they could. I did not ask for rush shipping and got it anyway. The projector arrived ready to plug in and run. Comments: I am a repeat customer. So far I have bought three projectors from your company and I love every one of them. unicatalog has the best projectors available for unbeatable prices. My only concerns were due to a shortage of parts, my ptdw10000u was delayed, which is not a big deal, I just wish I that I was notified instead of having to guess why it was taking so long. Your customer representatives that I spoke to were friendly and very helpful in answering my questions. I was always able to get a hold of someone to talk to by either phone or e-mail. Comments: I was pleased to receive the automatic email updates. I would however not recommend the hdc CPU unit. It is extremely loud and I will most likely be replacing it in the near future.
