Free Standard Delivery

We offer free delivery on all national orders over £100. This delivery will be made by JNE for local orders, and FedEx International Priority for international orders, within 2 working days (for items in stock). You can track your order online during this time to find a scheduled delivery date.

*Orders under £100 will be subject to a charge of £4.95 (for addresses in mainland Java) for our standard carrier delivery service (up to 5 working days, if items in stock).


Next Working Day Delivery

We offer an upgrade to next working day delivery* for just £5.95. This applies to items that are in stock, on orders placed before 5pm Monday to Friday. These orders will be despatched for delivery the following working day.

Our carrier is JNE , UPS, DHL, and FedEx. They deliver Monday to Saturday, 9am - 5pm only. No deliveries will be made on Sunday or Bank Holidays.


Saturday Delivery

We also offer Saturday delivery* for £15.95. This applies to items that are in stock, on orders placed before 5pm on Friday.

Selected items qualify for our £3.99 JNE Delivery, which takes 2-3 working days. Please see product pages for details.


Bank Holidays

No deliveries can be made on Bank Holidays. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a bank holiday will be delivered the following working day. In addition, our warehouse is closed on bank holidays so orders placed before 5pm on a bank holiday will not be despatched until the following working day.

No deliveries can be made on Bank Holidays.
Please ensure you are available to sign for your parcel as this will not be left without a signature. If you are not there to receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the card that will be left to rearrange your delivery. Any additional instructions to the carrier must be agreed by UniCatalog.
Next working day delivery offer excludes out of stock products.

Orders to Semarang, Manado and Kupang will always incur a delivery surcharge of £9.
