Provision of Imagery
When working on your own marketing promotions and communication pieces you may find that you require product imagery or manufacturer logos. If you are working on a piece of artwork that you intend to be printed, it is likely that you will require a 'high resolution' image file. We have links to FTP download pages so you can browse and obtain the image you require. If you need such an image then please email
Specification sheets On occasions you may find that you require product specification sheets. We supply the PDF electronic versions of these on our website. You can find them by simply searching for the product on the UniCatalog site. When you open up the product window you will see the PDF link. If is unavailable this may be due the product being very new or that the manufacturer has been unable to supply us with a copy so call your sales contact for assistance.

Marketing development support If you have a business case to put forward for requesting marketing support then we will gladly consider your request and take it to the manufacturer on your behalf. All we need is your fully completed credit application form, three relevant trade references and a copy of your official letterhead. We're happy that you fax them to our credit team initially and post the originals as soon as you can. So long as no adverse information is discovered during our routine credit check, our credit team will contact you with your account number and opening credit limit. It couldn't be easier! In the early days you'll benefit from working with our New Business team who, as the name suggests, will handle your enquiries quickly and efficiently. We are happy to open a credit account for your company subject to satisfactory completion of our Credit Account application process and provide you with a credit limit for your purchases based on an assessment of your credit rating by our credit team and our credit insurers. Our terms are payment within 30 days of the date of invoice. Statements are sent monthly to help you reconcile your invoices and queries are dealt with promptly by our experienced credit and customer services teams.

Product evaluation and on-site demonstrations During the early phases of a new product's life-cycle it's often important for you, your sales teams and customers to get hands-on experience of its functionality and application. To meet this need we offer product evaluations and on-site demonstrations for you and on your behalf. Simply speak to your sales contact to find out availability of the product and/or demonstrator you're interested in and complete our evaluation request form as necessary. We prefer to work alongside your own staff and represent your organisation when demonstrating equipment.

Delivery
Range of despatch/ delivery services One of our functions is to provide the sort of delivery services needed to meet yours and your customers' expectations. Over 95% of orders are despatched the same day for delivery to you or your customer on the following working day. An increasing percentage are despatched direct to your customers either under plain label or the delivery note can be customised with your company logo. We are able to accept scheduled and call off orders in many circumstances to meet your planning or roll-out needs.

ETA and proof of delivery information Normal delivery service is before 5:00pm on the day following the day of despatch, so please allow for this when quoting your customers. If it is important that your goods arrive by a specific time, please arrange a special timed delivery when placing your order. Customer services can provide you with estimated times of arrival (subject to the availability of information provided by our carriers) after 2:00pm for normal next day deliveries if necessary. Signed proof of delivery data is available two days following the delivery.
